How does Parksie work?
If you want to use Parksie to find a parking spot, here's what you need to know.

Parksie is an app where you can search, find, and lease parking from private owners.
|

All parking spots are listed, viewed, and leased only through the app.
|
|
To find a parking spot, you need to download the app and complete your profile. When your profile is complete, you can begin searching for parking spots.

When you find a parking spot, you can reserve it for 5 minutes which gives you enough time to get directions, drive, and occupy the space.
|
|
Geofencing in your mobile phone will automatically trigger the app to let the owner know that you have occupied the parking spot. A geofence is a virtual perimeter around the parking spot as identified by the GPS coordinates. By driving and breaking the barrier of the geofence, you have triggered the app to occupy the parking spot and pay the owner per their terms.

When you leave the parking spot, your credit card will automatically be charged per the terms of the parking spot.
